Her guide goes beyond “new age” approaches to nutritional supplementation and herbs. She points out the epidemic of toxin and parasite contamination of so-called ‘healthy and natural products such as vitamins and bottled water. She has taken a firm stand against dental mercury amalgams. It appears that her ideas are based on anecdotal evidence from her naturopathic practice, as opposed to scientific testing. Yet, if I was facing a serious health problem I would be willing to try her protocols. Anyone interested in alternative medicine must have this title on their bookshelf. This information is vastly more important than some of the mainstream attempts by the likes of Andrew Weil and Deepak Chopra.
