I found this book to make the most sense of illness and she shows you simple ways to help yourself. I feel she may go to extremes but you can read her book and help yourself and improve and the things you feel are too extreme for you don’t do. But as you do some of the things she suggests and there is a change then you may want to try some of the other things. It was just great to read that we have control over our health if we take the time to learn and improve our lives. Good luck to you I know it has helped me and I have passed it on to many others. Read it if you really want to change your life and look at sickness in another light.
